I have been a costomer with AT&T for years and years. I am still not quite sure why I continue to pay high rates for shitty phone service and customer service (when calling to complain about my poor service a couple months back I was actually told to switch to a different service provider), but here is just another reason I am “carefully considering” switching my cellular service.
